Overall very good value for money, clean service and location is amazing. Parking is complimentary.

Our room was very spacious, beds great and a PERFECT location. We had a suite, and we really loved it. Have a drink at the beach bar.

We had a beautiful suite on the second floor with a pool view and with 3 televisions ;-)

The restaurant prices are moderate and represent a clearly better price/performance ratio comparing to other hotels of the same category at the Strip!
The services are clearly taking too long. Once we had to wait for 45 minutes for the housekeeping (the daily cleaning of the suites was forgotten); And on the day of departure we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for our luggage!

no buffets, as in other hotels (Flamingo e.g.). Very confusing, we were confused by "Venetian" and "Venezia".

Beautiful room with a lot of space. Friendly and helpful staff. Great and big pool area. Very nice ambience at the Shopping Canal - A must see.
Unfortunately, the WLAN in the room was not usable. In spite of good reception there usually was no connection or it was very slow. Maybe it was the location of the room. In the corridor, lift area of our floor, as well as casino area it worked perfectly. Nothing else to complain about at the hotel. Would go again!

Very nice big rooms, highly recommended. On our request a small fridge was delivered to our room for free so that we could store our drinks - top!
The rooms could have been a little cleaner and water in the pool had a brown oil film of sunscreen products.

The way to the hotel room was not well described. This could have/should have been clearer in order to be able to find one's way around such a huge hotel.
